Should You Buy a House Now!
Because of the ample percentage of foreclosures occurring, is it in your best interest to buy a house now? There is talk of banks taking advantage of people with regard to the "crappy" loans that they have approved and then somehow, the homeowner ends up confused as to why they have been told to pay more. If you are going to purchase a home, be careful not to fall for advertisements "hunting" for those individuals with not so good credit. Remember that the real estate industry is a money making industry and so is the financial industry. They are in there positions to make money not loose money. Even though it may seem like a great deal, take a second glance before signing!

Landlord Drama
Just don't pay attention to any acts that you may feel are "purposely done" so long as they do not violate any laws.

Is Your Landlord Coming into Your Apartment without notice...
There are a couple of things that you can do if you are suspicious as to whether or not your landlord is entering your apartment without notifying you. First of all you could verbalize the concern with your landlord and simply ask he/she. But this depends on your landlord and your comfort. Another alternative is to set up "equipment" within your apartment to have physical proof. There are lots of in expensive recording equipment that are very easy to setup. A baby could do it. Another alternative is to change your locks but in many cases you have to provide a copy key to your landlord so of course that could defeat the purpose. There are electronic devices that act as portable security devices...such as an alarm mechanism...there is a store that sells "TV Advertised" products....they have some of these items. Good Luck!
Has Your Landlord Changed Your Locks?
Your Landlord would have to be very stupid to do this...This is definitely illegal and if you have been a victim of his unlawful tenant treatment immediately call the law-enforcement as well as your lawyer if you have one.

Can My Landlord Kick Me Out Themselves?
The Answer is No! Your Landlord by law has to go through a process in order for you to vacate the premises. The first step is for them to issue you a "Notice to Quit". This 1st step requires certain specifications: How you are to receive this Notice, The time specifications of this notice depending on the reason for eviction, as well as What is to be specified within this "Notice" for it to be legitimate. If your Landlord does try to physically or verbally demand you off of the premises themselves, you as a tenant have rights and therefore can get the law inforcement involved because your Landlord would be at fault. Remember, only a state marshal can administer an eviction not your landlord...
